His Bonnie Bride
This is one of my all time favorite Hannah Howell novels. I adore the setting and the premise, but what makes the book for me is the heroine. Storm Eldon is witty and quick, with an inner core of strength I admire. I kind of want to be her when I grow up. Tavis MacLagen, her hero, can be kind of a whiny bitch sometimes, but Storm, his family and hers, and all the other characters, more than make up for this.
